Click & Collect

Click & Collect lets you make an order online and then collect it from one of our stores - We are currently trying this new service at our Saltcoats Store.

We are implementing this new service to the industry to allow, in 99% of occasions, customer to pick up orders the very same day after purchase via our website.

Occasionally we'll need an extra day to get your order to you

If we've run out on an item you've ordered in our main warehouse we can still get it to you from another location but we'll need an extra day. If this happens, we will contact you to make you aware.

Delays to your collection time

The majority of orders will be ready the very same day, however, on very few occasions will be ready collect by 2pm the next day but unforeseen problems such as bad weather can delay us. Please wait for our email saying your order’s ready to pick up before coming to collect it.

How to place a Click & Collect order

Just shop online as usual. When you go to the online checkout, choose Click & Collect. (You'll only see the option if everything in your bag is available for Click & Collect delivery. Also, certain products are only currently available for Click & Collect)

We'll email you when your order’s ready to collect

When your order arrives in the store, we'll send you an email to let you know it’s ready to be collected.

Come to the Click & Collect point within 14 days

If you haven't collected your order after seven days, we'll send you an email to remind you.

If you still haven't collected your order after 14 days, we'll send it back to the warehouse. After that, we'll refund you, which should take 3–5 working days to reach your account.

What to bring when you come to collect

When you come to pick up your order, please bring:

  • The email we sent saying it’s ready for collection – as a print-out or on your phone, tablet or laptop.
  • A bank card or some photo ID. If you paid with an American Express card, please bring it.

Someone else can collect it for you

They'll need to bring:

  • The email we sent saying your order's ready for collection.
  • Photo ID with address.
